i almost payed for this but i realised it says 714 cubic metres of air per hour
an i right in thinking thats 11 cfm?

No, you're totally wrong...I'll break it down for ya.

One cubic meter is 35.3 cubic feet...

So 714 cubic meters per hour is 25,204 cubic feet per hour

Divide 25,204 cubic feet per hour by 60(minutes in an hour)

Roughly 420 cubic feet/minute

ah also, that thing has a 6.5'' duct but the site only sells 6'' duct, if i tape the shit out of it will i be able to get it air tight?

It comes with 35 feet of 6.5 inch ducting, but I don't see why you couldn't use a shit ton of tape to connect it to some 6" ducting.
