Desert nights get pretty cold pretty quick (because of less moisture to hold the heat) but I would think that you would get a nice late harvest, and have a chance to see how long the plants can last into the "winter."
On a side note- Serapis, I noticed on another thread you are from the south. Is that the hot and dry south or the hot and wet south. Next year I am going to do an outdoor grow in a hot and humid place that rains almost daily. I was just hoping to see what strains you might have worked with or heard about in that environment.
