Desert nights get pretty cold pretty quick (because of less moisture to hold the heat) but I would think that you would get a nice late harvest, and have a chance to see how long the plants can last into the "winter."
On a side note- Serapis, I noticed on another thread you are from the south. Is that the hot and dry south or the hot and wet south. Next year I am going to do an outdoor grow in a hot and humid place that rains almost daily. I was just hoping to see what strains you might have worked with or heard about in that environment.
Ok.. so i live in the desert.. extreme hot heat like new mexico, and very very very dry during the summer. I have a plant thats about 5 ft and budding, i'm glad with its success so far as it is my first grow. Anyways.. could I plant some seeds I got right now, or well.. in like a week and they be ok? my main question is would they autoflower themselves early, like before christmas when there really small and i get shitty yield.. or would they continue into next year and finish around march-april or something. If this wouldn't work then could I plant seeds when my main plant is done (I assume late october, or early december) I'm not really worried about the cold weather as I like to learn new things and experiment
