Can they be saved????

so i was out of town and my brother thought he would do me a favor and start some seeds of mine the only thing is he didn't germ them! he put them straight in the soil and not only that he has had there lights on for days and im not sure if that much light can harm my seeds or not could i kill the lights and basically start the germing over? or are the seeds ruined

If they were not watered and didn't germinate they should be fine. Of course if it was 120 degrees they may have cooked.

They'll be fine as long as the soil was kept moist, no worries. Leave them be, keep the soil moist, but not wet, and you'll see little sprouts in a matter of days.

so i carefully check the seeds and all have a tail about 1 inch long i placed them back in there pots and have the lights on so im hoping all goes well =)
