Its 9 plants. Just changed a few months ago. They'll still take your shit and equipment. Its just a fine though unless your selling. Grow for personal use only and you'll be fine.

i just want to clear something up, if you have 8 huuuge plants, all in hydroponic setups with scrog nets - its likely not good.

Don't think there is a limit mate one of my pals just been busted with 15 got away with community service just make sure you've not got a debt list or dodgy texts on your phone. If your growing for personal and don't over do it with no previous u would prob be fine. I seen a programme, an old school grower got busted can't remember figures but it was a large amount of plants well over 30 and because he had them all labeled and prove they were personal got away without getting sent to prison. 10 massive plants would be classed as more than 10 small plants they take the amount of bud you'll get off the plant and the amount of space used into consideration aswel. I reckon that any amount in a 1.2m tent would be personal and you can but depends on the way you've got things get away with personal with two 1.2m tents.

why is it pluss its not a scrog net its just some netting to stop them all falling over and thats it........... as you no rockwool and big plants dont like to stay in the same place ;-)

as far as i know it don t matter how many plants u have.. if ur growing thats it...depends on the coppers who bust you lol..

i can 2nd this now as a good mate of mine as just got off with 12 months suspended sentence and he had over 40 plants down and as a past with the law as long as my arm........ ok my arms are not that long but you no what im saying ;-)
