Farmer Freeman was good when I used him but it's been a couple years. I'm just not in that big of a hurry anymore. He was 100% accurate and had a discount on larger orders. He was just getting started back then and really approachable. Nice guy. Not sure how things are now that there's more competition and he's much bigger but I've heard good things.
I still use Farmer Freeman & stock up on test kits when he has sales (4/20 & Black Friday) because his tests never expire. If you don't catch one of those sales, you can usually find a 10% off code pretty easily.
Turnaround time is usually a day or two once he receives the sample. USPS is still shitty in DC, so sending the samples always takes 2-3 days longer than it should. Still 100% accurate based on my findings--even if I don't always like the results.

You used to be able to drop off samples at the hydro shop in Adams Morgan for a quick turnaround. I forget the name... Washington Hydro or something? He's a good guy though, old school DC. I grew up there and we knew some of the same old crew. You could see if that speeds things up next time, Try giving him a call.

FarmerFreeman FTW! My dad and i have used them dozens of times & we always get results in like 5 to 10 days. This is an 8-day old seedling, youngest I've had tested so far.
