There is a particular district in Florida that has the most insane shape, to what point? To almost ensure the election of an African American congressperson.

For some reason, after the Republicans stole their slaves from them via emancipation, the Democrats somehow garnered all the support of African Americans. So now, almost all black folks in government have a D beside their names.
So since, using the race card, the Democrats have enshrined many districts for themselves, why can't the Republicans stake off a few districts for themselves?

She may from the 5th district, which is Jacksonville, FL proper.... Also a predominatly African American district. But it does not have a crazy shape to it. Its either the 4th of 5th with the crazy shape.
