carbon filter and ventilation question

I'm designing a 6x10x8h grow room built into existing structure with window. Mother, veg, clone room will be 3x6 and bud room will be 7x6. My question is can I extract air through one carbon filter from both rooms out the window or do I need seperate ventilation for each room?

sure. with a large filter and powerful fan. i'd probably treat them as separate systems, but that's me.

I have my room split vertically and I do this. I bring the air in through the bottom (my veg area). Then I have a duct to allow the air to pass from the bottom chamber to the top chamber. And finally at the top of the top chamber (flower area) I have the carbon filter/vortex fan. It pulls the air up through both chambers with no problems. Just have to get creative with ducting from bottom to top chamber as you don't want any veg light to leak up into the flower part.

of course you can just make sure you have y fittings and have a strong enough fan.
