I use one filter with two cabinets. Duct from each cab going into a 'T' junction. Then a single duct going to the blower with the carbon fitted on the exhaust side.

Currently it's a Vortex 6" blower. Situated about 5' from the cabinets. The 6" isn't enough for my set up and is turned up to full speed. It worked on the last grow room but not this one. An 8" AmeriFan is in the mail. I've had the vortex since 2005 and used it to exhaust a 400watt enclosed hood in one grow space.

With the two cabinets, I'm experiencing stuffiness in the air flow. The 8" blower will be connected to the existing ducts with a 6 x 8" reducer and a 8" carbon after the blower.

Yea i was just about to say its easily done with a T junction but requires a fan big enough to handle both rooms. A T junction would be a much better option.

Make sure both ducts coming off the T are equal length. Try your best to prevent corners in the duct. Keep it as straight as you can. Any drag in the system cuts down on air flow.

This is my setup. In your scenario my veg tent is your led tent.
Passive intake of air on my veg tent. It exhausts through its single duct port. You can see the opening on the roof of the tent.
The air flows along rhe duct, down and enters the flower tent st rhe bottom. You can see where it enter on the right at rhe bottom next to my sour bubble.
There are two more passive intakes on the top.
The light is in a cool tube. And the open end has duct on it and it sucks from the top in the back. Air flows through the cool tube, over the bulb to cool, them out rhe top of the tent on the side and down to rhe fan, which is sucking but then pushing the air through the carbon filter.
I hope i showed it well.

I've never done it but it makes sense. What ever you do, make sure that the filter is rated for the fan. If the fan is too strong, youlll push unfiltered air through.
What are the sizes of tents and how many cfm's is the fan?

If i was going to do it id do it like this.

I I
I I
----- Fan blowing ^
------ carbon filter
I I
/ Y \
/ /\ \
/ ./\ \
tent1 tent2

Crude but you get it.
Edit: for some reason it deleted the spacing i had. it looked like a nice upside down Y flow. but u getit i think. filter then fan sucking air thru for negative air on both tents. Will require a verrry strong fan though.

Hope this helps. The carbon filter is where it starts, air flow is through the carbon filter into the ducting and out the tent. Over my work bench thing and into my flower tent.
So I was thinking from my setup my carbon filter is outside my two tents T togther blowing air in and my other fan sucking out? Or do the opposite?
