Carbon filters!!!

its a little to late to be worring about where everything is made dont ya think.. im done with the home made filters just looking for some filters people have and that work

More-or-less, which is why people suggest homemade ones, they are all pretty much the same...carbon, storage for carbon, inline fan to pull air through it...in the end it isnt the setup so much as the amount/strength of carbon you are using and how much CFM the fan can put out. I use my own filters personally as i have the extra parts available, it isnt for exhausting air so much as just recycling with a better scent.

I wouldnt necessarily go with a carbonaire as they cost more and arent much different.
 
I picked a phresh filter 4x12 can. It worked very well for about a year. It lets a little odor by now but it still helps. I was told to expect to replace it once a year. I will purchase a new one if odor becomes a problem again this spring.
