Ok I am a card holding patient, I been growing good herb, and would like to be a caregiver for 1 or 2 patients, I have everything set up to do this.

But I am Disabled and have my good days and than bad day where i cant walk. Right now when I am layed up I have a friend that is a card holder that waters my plants and checks on my grow for me.

But If i had other patients plants, would I beable to have someone else check on them Leagaly. I am not going to do it inless I can be 100% leagal, and I dont want to plants to go 2 days with out being checked on.

I already put alot of time and enerygy into growing. and it would not be that much harder to grow 12 more plants.

Should I have each patients plants in there own contaned/locked room. or just do them all together?.

How would i go about haveing a friend check on the garden if they arn't his patients

I'd just veg your plants longer, get them bigger, more yield per plant. Schuette issued the crazy opinion that every set of 12 plants needs to be in a separate locked, enclosed facility. A lot of county prosecutors may ignore his advice, but I wouldn't risk it.

The police told me that I should have each plant labeled whose it is. You can have as many as you can legally have in MIchigan, but over 100 the feds will step in. If you have a locked facility w/72 and another caregiver lives there and they have a locked grow they can have 72. Legal in Michigan, illegal to the feds.
You can put up cameras to monitor your grow and you can use hydroponic set-ups that will run for three days auto. I don't think a caregiver can legally have a caregiver, or people be co-caregivers.
Honestly, the state doesn't grow pot and they didn't really follow this law through. Most people accidently and briefly break some point of the law. The police officer that looked at my grow said that he clearly sees that I am making every effort to stay within the legal parameters of Michigan Law. They look for blatant abusers, 200 plants, no card, that kind of shit. ....and he wouldn't lie to me either. lol

technically the only people allowed in the grow room is u and your patient.. as for having them in seperate rooms Schuetee has his opinion that it should be seperated but that is a opinion and the law does NOT say they have to be seperate, but if i was you and you just wanted to have one more patient i would just run 12 in veg and 12 in flower then there in seperate rooms and theres no worries and if you add another patient after that you could use the other 12 for clones to get a head start on the next run or you could have mothers

I have 12 plants and i harvest 1 plant every 2 weeks. I have my supply of pot, but wouldn't mind growing others plants. I got my cost down to $70-$75 a Oz .

Growing cannabis is my HOBBY, I really enjoy growing these plants, but wouldn't mind spliting the Power bill with someone

Sign your friend as a caregiver but do no sign over your plants, this makes it possible for them to be in your grow and help you.

Ok problem half solved, I can have a wheel chair ramp installed in to the grow room, but how does that work, I would have to let a Builder come in to my room to install the ramp, I need to find someone that i know that can build me a rampmedicalMJ 005.jpgmedicalMJ 002.jpgmedicalMJ 003.jpgmedicalMJ 004.jpg

My father is in a wheelchair and I am interested in how this works out. I sure want to watch this one.

what do you mean? Handicap growing pot? I know 4 patients that are in wheel chairs that grow there own plants. (one guy has his plants on shop vac wheels, when he needs to acsess them he grabs his stick and rolls the plants out of the way, and rolls himself into where ever he need to be.

I am not permently in a chair yet let them but I will be someday.

But they didn'ty set there room up down any steps... LOL

I always have hydro on the brain. I wanted to do a basic flood and drain table maybe, but the plants on a little dolly, that sounds like a perfect solution. I am a carpenter and my dads been in a wheelchair for probably ten years. So I always check shit out and find tricks to make things easier, so he isn't so fucking depressed all the time. Such a simple solution, he can use his gopher grabber thing to move them around, so I would need to get good wheels, so it's less of a struggle.

You could still do hydro using the dollies. Just do a DWC setup, and put a dollie under each bucket.

I have a few of those and the drip ones too. Love em. He would spend more time cussing cussing out the bucket trying to check his ph and shit. lol. It would be good to slip one in and show him what it can do.

Your patient is allowed to go in your room so just find one that can help you. Post it in the patient caregiver thread. whats your location maybe someone close by can help you.

you go boy, Kushdog, I'm permanently disabled (not unable) and someday I will be totally chair bound too. I grow from time to time lol, and there are times when I can't get to the plants everyday, but I water them every other day anyway. I'm sure you will be able to find a patient that is interested in learning how to grow too! that would solve your problem. good luck

If I could not water everyday, I would suggest looking into an ebb n gro bucket system (or better quality upgrade). The buckets are 2-5 gallons and they are hooked up to a 55 gallon drum of water. You set it up on a timer and it waters your plants and they grow very very similar to soil, but faster. Once a week (or so, I do once a week though), you can use a pump and pump out your old water and refill it with knew. Just a suggestion. Actually maybe just something as simple as

Has anyone used these? Maybe I will have to do a thread on these things, or better yet buy one and see for myself. lol

ok, my room is now handicap accessable(atleast getting in there) I mades some nice up grades got 40" doors coming into the room than both the flower &veg room, I also made it so the flower room and veg room can be locked(black plastic and cardbord walls) Locked is locked tho.
I wouldn't mind talking to a couple cargivers to find out how they work it out with there paitaients .

I see two ways of doing it
#1 they pay me a monthly fee, and pay for the nutreints and grow light , I grow there plants and they get it all.

#2 they Give me the rights to there plant to do as i please, no upfront cost for them, but than they could come too me when they need there med's (i would give them my personal for a donation intill there plants are ready.

so i could just perform the service of growing there plants, or suplly them with meds when ever they need them.

I have it set up where i won't have to depend on help getting in to the room

I talked to a couple people and they all want FREE pot. (the only person you are allowed to sell/give/transfer weed to is your patient. so they would have to pay,,,, I gotta pay the power bill some how.
and i am not going to sell it illeagley just so they can get there weed for free

I have built a ebb and flo but I can't do hydro here because i dont have running water, I colect rain water and buy bottled water. I do want to do a ebb & gro set up tho. it is pretty easy to do/work on

everybody wants free weed... But in my opinion, if you can give your patient 5 a gram or better, you are doing right by them.
