Caregiver Question.

I am interested in designating a good friend of mine as a caregiver, but he's unsure that he will be able to get his c/g card. He's already gotten his BCI, and has one misdemeanor weed charge from a few years back. I've heard of people getting denied even though its supposed to be a felony charge, is this so?

He'll be fine. Just make sure your both on the sake page from the get go.

Has to be a felony and have to have been convicted in RI. You could be the biggest Heroine mover ever convicted in Texas, but as long as it's not RI,....pretty fuct up
