This is not entirely true, there are no hard and fast rules to retailing and advertising that prevent this guy from selling this strain, obviously recognition will come with poularity and sales numbers, many have done this before and ripped off strains, show me where you identify one strain as having come from another genetically and ill stop proclaming its my strain.
