You are interfering with someones legal right to operate a cell phone that they pay for. It isn't your right (in fact it is illegal - http://www.fcc.gov/eb/Public_Notices/DA-05-1776A1.html) to run interference on communication signals for your benefit.

Those things are sick..im madd i didnt kno about them..or half that spy/terrorist shit..i think if u make some big bucks this and those other gadgets will make u sleep a bit easier..if some criminals werent so dumb they could turn every "job" into clean getaways..for ex..camera blocker..jammer..if u were robbing a bank in under 10 minutes u could be in and out and nobody is makin any CALLS for help..and theres no video footage..i see why the FCC is fuckin scared and thats jus the tip of the iceberg

Sympathy? I am not looking for sympathy. I don't even know why you would say I was interested in sympathy by my comments other than you are juvenile and uneducated. I used pathos to make a point. Sympathy is not what I desired.

It is actually very serious point that I would hope you would consider. Your little toy can block communication signals that people may need. I know phones are a nuisance in movie theaters (one of the many reasons I avoid them), but there can be doctors, firefighters, IT guys that are "on call" and parents whose babysitter is frantically trying to reach them in that theater. Not only does the device block voice, but it also blocks text messaging / paging functionality. I don't think you would feel so good about your toy knowing that someone died, or stroke paralyzed them because the specialist they needed couldn't be contacted because you wanted to watch "The Expendables" in peace.

By using your toy with such indifference, you are FAR more selfish than the asshole yapping on their phone.
 
i would love to use it on the loudmouthed fucks that walk up and down the street at 11pm beefing on their cell at the top of their lungs in front of my open window. as far as it being someone's right to use a cell phone for which they pay, i'm pretty sure all electronic devices come with an fcc warning that your device. "(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation" the jammer not illegal because it's "your right to use a cell phone". it's illegal because it prevents the FCC from controlling the air waves. boo hoo for the FCC.
 
damn im gonna get 1 of the ciggarette lighter jammers, and one of the hand helds those are the $hit. Im hella glad i found this thread:)
