CFL Grow in a [box]

Hey RIU,
This is my first ever grow ever, and here are the details;
The actual grow box is a cardboard PC box with an 80mm intake fan and a cutout hole for exhaust. I lined the sides with the other side of some gift wrap. Lighting is 3 2700K 23W CFL's and the soil is organic (Fafard's Brand). I've been watering every 2 days using half a teaspoon of MG all purpose plant food in .5L of water.

I planted the germed seeds into their pots on February 8th. I had them on 18/6 for 24 days and switched to 12/12 on March 6th after 16 days I found female preflowers emerging :bigjoint: Lucky since she was my only plant. So that brings us to March 26th where they've been flowering for 5 days.

I topped this baby after her 4th leaf set was coming in and now I have a total of 8 main bud-sites coupled with some crafty LST work :clap:

Here's some picssss :weed:

Nice i just put 3 of my girls in a cardboard box only because im so nervous with odor in my garage. I was skeptical that the box would fuck them up but your seems do be doing good. I am 14 days in to flowering.

Thanks for the positive comments guys. LSTing is a lot easier to work with when you have four main stems after topping. I def recommend doing it. As for adding light, the only thing I can add is another 23 watt say on the side or something and that's about it. 4800 lumens in a PC box is OK for this plant so far. For odor, I haven't done anything yet. There have been a few days in the past where I walk into my room and it smells pretty skunky. I kinda fixed that by keeping my fan circulating in my room all day.

Anyways, it's the 7th day of flowering and she's looking great! :hump: Her leaves are looking a little droopy, I'll be watering later today...

Wassup guys, not much to update today but I did buy some generic bloom fertilizer (10-30-20). I may need to upgrade boxes soon...

That plant looks nice I'm diggin the LST job you did, when did you start that?? after you topped? PEAAACCCEEE!

Thanks bro, I started it 5 weeks into veg. After the new main stems from topping grew 3 nodes, I tied them down. Here are some older pics demonstrating that...

Oh yeah, in the last pic there's a fucked up fan leaf that resulted from topping. It's retarded

So 4 weeks flowering and 9 weeks since the start. She looks bigger and better every time I take a look. I've been watering every 2 days and feeding 1/4 tsp of 10-30-20 bloom fert in 500ml of spring water. A new box is imminent as there's almost no more room in the box for her to grow. Today's pics..

18" x 10" x 23"

Upgraded my ghetto ass box into a taller one the other day. Light distribution is much more even now with 92 watts for my little baby

Also, today I spotted the first sign of trichs forming on the leaves

Nice grow! Plants are looking real good...
I got a question about LST... I'm a total grow n00b so I'm wondering what are the benefits and if you have any good resources for learning how to properly LST. Keep up the good work!
