Click to expand... You have it backwards, plants need LIGHT, not HEAT. Keep the temps under 90 and above 60. 75 is a sweetspot I like to keep my room at.

stumps Well-Known Member Oct 24, 2009 #3 depends on what your temps are. I use light for some heat in the cooler months.
