changing light cycle during flower

i was wondering...is it possible to flip-flop the light cycle during flower, so that the dark period is now the light period, and vice versa? i dont wanna stress the girls too much, but if there's a somewhat simple solution, i'd like to have the lights on during the night to cut down on heat. thanks...

Nice Question. And the answer would b No Problem. It may stress it a little but not 2 a point that it your plant would turn hermie on u may take a good week for it 2 ajust but how many weeks are u into your cycle. Cuz if your only bout 2-3 weeks into good timing and if your 5 weeks or better just hold off till your next grow.

your tripping ^. if you plan on perm. switching from 12/12 on during day to 12/12 on during night 2wk-7wk in flower it may screw your plants hard.
