Chic-fil-a is kicking some butt!

If I liked eating there and the owner/ceo did things that I politically oppose I might stop buying their food. It is doubtful I would picket the restaraunt. I would be however inclined to picket his home and knock on the doors of his neighbors to tell them what a scumbag he is. I have done this successfully in the past with judges.
Heh, what did the judge do to you?

There were several judges we picketed at home. Discriminatory practices they engaged in, not adhering to the rule of law, legislating fom the bench, treating victims like guilty defendants. Allowing a murderer to go out on bail never to be seen again. These judges were terrible. We picketed them at home. The police were usually called. Only once was anyone arrested but later they were released without charges. They didn't care for us much but came around after a while. Some were later sued but given immunity.

yeah, you just root on thieves to do their thievery on principle.

I'm glad you are against taking things that don't belong to you. That's commendable. I can't understand why you support other situations where things are taken from people against their will....seems contradictory.

Like Jack-In-The-Box tacos. They're not fit to eat by anyone. They contain just enough beef not for vegetarians, and not enough beef mixed with soy, etc to make them not for meat eaters either.
Can't possibly be as bad as the Burger King tacos that appeared about 8 years ago. Take a half cheeseburger patty, a half slice of cheese and some lettuce, stick it in an awful, stale taco shell and VOILA!

Taco Bell Rules!

1320 on the SATs (no apostrophe, beenthere. it is not possessive). 140+ range on WAIS-IV.
I just knew I was a bit smarter than you Buck.

I got a 1500 on my SAT. For shits & giggles, I took another one the next summer, in an optional "SAT prep" class, and scored a 1480 on that one.

In a similar situation, I scored just as well when I was enrolled in Sylvan "learning center". They issued me 2 SAT's in which I scored 1450 on the first, and a 1510 on the next. After they realized the scores I got, they looked at me like "why the fuck is this kid in here?" LOL.

This was when SAT's were based off a 1600 point total. Oh how I know you want to make a comment regarding the new, 2400 point cap....

I also managed to squeeze an 87% on my state's math finals, when over 85% of my class failed the finals. The funny thing is I was stuck in the "slow math" class during that time-frame. All the students had to take the same, state, math-exam though.

When I heard the news regarding 85% of the class failing, and that the state had to revise the test, because it was too difficult, I was thinking to myself "how's that slow-math for you stupid fucks?" LOL.

Correct me on some more spelling mistakes though when you see them, even if it makes you think you're actually smarter than me. I probably made some in this post. And again, thanks for the ego-boost.

Ahem....the threat of force is very apparent if a person DOESN'T comply with many of their means of monetary extracion. The eventuality of force being used for noncompliance is also very real.

If a "service provider" relies upon the use of or threat of force to compel "customers" , it is not a service. In a true customer - service provider realtionship, a consensual agreement is necessary which outlines the obligations of both sides of the agreement. I think your argument relies upon an inconsistent leap of faith, that somehow "government services" are magically able to be exempt from consensual arrangements... I don't believe in that kind of magic. Which other kinds of "service providers" can force their "customers" to use them and only them and to pay for that which a person does not use or want ?

so, in all your masturbatory theory, you have still failed to show a single case of someone being forced against their will to put their signature on a W4. so you still lose.

your post is further evidence that there are a lot more bigots than there are gay people.

True, but look what not filing can get you!

"For each year a taxpayer does not file a return, the penalty can include a fine of up to $25,000 and a prison sentence of up to one year. If the IRS can demonstrate that the individual or company willfully did not file in an attempt to evade taxation, the IRS can pursue a felony conviction, which could include a fine of up to $100,000 and a maximum prison sentence of five years."

Did you know you can also refuse a blood alcohol test?
Looks like you never had an argument!

implied consent has to do with operating an automobile, which is a privilege, not a right.

still haven't found anyone ever who has been forced to sign a W4. it is voluntary.

Not sure if you have to sign W4 but then again, that's not a tax return, is it!

Rob Roy is not talking about W4s LOL, he's talking about the government forcefully taxing Americans, that would be signing a tax return, not a W4.

you have to voluntarily sign a W4 to suffer the brutal indignity of income taxes.
Look just try not signing the W-4 and see how fast you don't have a job. I tried it once and was not only called back to the owners office but he told me he wasn't paying me. After an argument I left. He called me the next day and paid me cash for the measly little bit I worked around 50 bucks. No you do not have to sign one, if thats your choice I hope you go out looking for cash jobs to work cause employers can't hire you.

I have to photocopy all employees ID's and staple it to my copy of their tax form. If I do not do this and get audited - say their SS# doesn't match the form - the IRS can charge me 3x what the persons taxes would have been in penalties.
