How goes the shizzle my dizzle buddy! Yeah a lot of us are. I have turned the tide on the little fukers and have them on the run. Now preventive maintence. Aeviaana had some of the best advice that I have seen a few pages back, I have been meaning to pull it up and spread it around.

So Chris man, lets see a pic of the BSB x Caseyband and see if we can diagnose the problem if there is one. I asked CLove how his was. I need to write down who's growing what in these test grows lol.

I also have a small BSB x CB. it is growing great!!! happy as can be... I'm gonna transplant it this weekend! i'll post a pic for ya!!

wassup caveman? shit man, theres gotta be a simple solution for these mites that nobody has figured out yet, its like finding a cure for ebola lol ...knock on wood, i havnt had any SM yet, i try to keep it moist and windy in the room, so far so good. Mt major prob right now is hieght!!!!! i got an all sativa grow goin and im runnin outa vertical room lol..im on day 24 and i got some 3.5 ft trees :O

hey chb how you been man....got all the good stuff harvested. tasty and a great run this time around, im diggin the flood table. i thought the taste wouldnt compare to soil but i was wrong. its all in the flush and how much you feed the gals.

Mites:
So whats your humidity like? If it's dry try and get it up to the top end of RH comfort level (which is actually 70%) I grow btween 50 and 70 and don't have problems with bud rot. Mites like it hot and dry.

Here's a list of things I done:
Trays under each plant with water in (increases humidity around each plant and underneath the leaves.
Foliar spray - soak under the leaves (even if you are not using any Bug spray)
Worst effected plants remove from grow, issolate and treat.
Spray bug srpay at night and turn off all fans and air flow. Mites rely on air flow to travel between plants.
ESSENTIAL: DE- Diatomeacious Earth. buy some, get a salt shaker and apply to your earth/soil/substrate each day through the bug treatment regime. This will kill anything that has an exoskeleton and also the mite eggs as well. You can even mix this with water and use this as a spray.
Get a HOT SHOT stip and leave it in there at night when all fans and airflow is off.
BAYER: Ok, not always organic, but fuk me this is like the AK47 of mite spray, it kills everymotherfukking mite in the room. Check out their registered trade mark product MASAI, the product that has this in it in Holland is called "Spint", which is the literal translation for Spider Mite. It contains tebufenpyrad which is a crystal form and is dissolved in water.

And dare I say it, but the best way is to stop with the prepetual. This is a big issue for people running perpetual with mites on their plant I feel.

Perhaps all this is telling you to suck eggs, but the problem seems to have been with ya for a while and I know how devestating it is to have them little fukker crawling around.

thanks for all the tips man!! =D its funny i always thought high humidity would create more mites! hahahaha. guess i was wrong. i do have a hot shot no pest strip and was leavin it in there at night. and they almost disappeared.. but there must have been a few hiding still... =/ cuz they came bak after a few weeks. =/

storm didnt affect me 2 badly.. lost a few trees and half my fence... hahahha. but never lost my power.. about 80-90% of my st. lost power tho. hahaha. i lucked out!

aiight man ill post sum pics of her.. not sure wat it is.. but maybe u can help me out. had to raise the light up a bit too... noticed a lil bit of burning on the top leaves... i have a couple other plants (full moon and jack herrer) that are just as close to the light and didnt burn at all... soo for sum reason this plant seems to be a lil sensitive to the heat... but man.. like i said. its got a real nice color to it..

i kept a clone.. which i still have in my veg box. sooo if this plant doesnt turn out that well. its NOT because of the plant. its deff cuz of all my fuck ups with the def. and mites.. but i do have a clone that i will be running again.. once all the mites are gone. =)

yeaa mannn i really hope u never have 2 deal with them... i got'em bad!! =/ these mother fuckers have a lil city goin on with sum of these plants.. got theyre on roads and highways for easy travel ( webbing across some leaves and over a couple small buds)

niiice man. lucky!1 wish i could say the same thing! lol no more flowering until im rid of these mites!! glad the hydros goin good 4 ya man. never got into that yet... one day i would like to try a hydro run tho.

not anythign new really goin on. just working and working. lol. havent really started anything new yet. got a qrazy quake goin and 2 lemon qleaner x caseybands. thats bout it. wat bout you man?? how are the seedlings doin??
 
How's it going bro. Hey what's the difference between ak-47 and ak-48 and how would you rate the smoke of your ak-48.

The Flojas are going to undergo some bondaging today so I had better take pics before they look all bent over and retarded! They will be showing sex in a week or 2 and I'm pretty sure one of them is the green pheno :)

iv enever smoked ak 47.. soo cant really compare smokes... i dont think theres much of a difference tho. more or less.. its Nirvanas version of ak 47... nirvana has its own Northern Lights too.. its called northern light (no s at the end of lights... lol. very sneaky) i really liked the ak 48 smoke tho.. as u saw... it was frosty as fuck! had a nice sweet taste! the high was great... was more of an "up" high than i thought it would be tho. but in a good way. and there wasnt much of a crash at all.. i was worried after i smoked it for the 1st time i was gonna need a nap. lol. but nope. no nap needed. =D

and aiight man cant wait to see the pics!! ill be lookin 4ward to them!
 
DST is right on with his delivery on spider mites.
I learned about diatomaceous earth (de) a long time ago, right before I never had a problem with them again ;)
it's basically organic too, just crushed sea shells

diatomaceous earth for spider mites? i thought this stuff was for soil insects. when they try to come up (or down) they get cut up by DE...

i can help youout there... the AK-47 i found to be more hard hitting and deff tasted better, has a better THC profile outa the two IMHO , the AK 48 actualy shares no kin with the 47...but its pretty potent none the less, i found one pheno that had some horsepower to it, but lacked taste, the other one tasted like lemony/skunkyish but the stone wasnt super awesome, it did yield shitloads tho! Id smoke 48 again, if i had to rate each id give the 47 a 8/10 and the 48 a 6.5/10

That's super info Dizzle. I found out afterwards their lineage and initially was intrigued by the fact that it had an Ice mother. That was one of my favorites and I now have an Ice cross going. If that is other peeps opinion as well then maybe I'll pass on the 48.

NP bro.....yeah Ice is a parent....and TBH i never heard bad things about it, just good...so im guessing thats were the 48 gets its potency. If you just wanted big yields id say try it, but if yur a conisuer than id say yur right on passing
