The pH within the ocean surface has decreased ~0.1 pH units since the industrial revolution and is predicted to decrease an additional 0.2 – 0.3 units by the end of the century. Wait let me calibrate my yellow pen....
Uh, you know how corals and shellfish are doing lately?
But wait, there's more!!

So then your source has this to say,

"Coral bleaching has been a recurring problem in recent decades, as water temperatures have risen worldwide, a result of global warming. One of the worst bleaching events began in late 2014. Since then, more than 70 percent of coral reefs around the world have experienced prolonged high temperatures."

"But “coral reef are not beyond help,” said Jennifer Koss, director of the NOAA Coral Reef Conservation Program.

She said scientists are taking steps to protect the reefs, in part by identifying coral species "that are more resilient to rising ocean temperatures and acidified waters."

The last sentence makes me curious. How did they drop the ball?
Because as the Democratic party was doing the work to become the biggest tent party in our nation's history, and Obama was focused on fixing the broken economy and passing the legislation to get as many people possible covered with insurance, the Republicans were using this to set up their Tea Party scam so that they could win a lot of power in the states to draw up the districting maps, gerrymandering them into power for the next decade.

This time the Democrats were blindsided in 2016 by the Russian/right wing microtargetting propaganda attack that squeezed Trump into office in a year that meant his administration would be the ones doing the counting. And the more we find out about it, the more obvious it is that it was a bullshit count.

And the Republican led states are once again making sure that they can keep them that way for the next decade. Espescially scary is that they have far better data after a decade of this online scam that they can have computers map out home by home ways to draw the maps to keep their voters in charge.

2028 is going to be as important of a year in ending this 70 year scam that the Republicans have been perpetrating on our democracy as 2020 was IMO. Until then the Democrats will still be in a situation that they can gain 7 million more votes that the Republicans but still have it be a split congress (because of their gerrymandered districts giving them far more of a advantage than they would otherwise get), and very close presidential and senate races with the suppression techniques that the Republicans do in 'blue' areas in their states to nullify those voters.

The only real question is how fucked we are with the judiciary being stuffed with activist right wing trolls by McConnell and Trump, and how that impacts the next decade.

China loves Net-Zero, using its growing coal power to manufacture the wind turbines, solar panels, electric engines, and rare earth batteries for the woke world.

But the subsidy tap feeding green energy development in the Western world will run dry. Fake energy will fade away, leaving a continent of jobless people with silent mills, refineries, and factories. Our land will be littered with derelict windmills, decaying solar panels, dead batteries, and sagging transmission lines to be cleaned up in order to restore our land to productive grasslands, crops, and forests. Those huge concrete bases of abandoned wind towers will become permanent obstacles to restoration of this land.

Next we will see digital carbon credit cards designed by green academics to ration our energy and food usage to achieve their Net-Zero Nirvana.

Sagging transmission lines? They do not get built tight like a guitar string. Why would be restore the transmission line pathways? That would be going against all that you stand for. Use and refuse (garbage). The solar panels get recycled, unless you plan on dumping them into landfill, as is your mentality. The windmills? The wind will be there long after you and I are gone. Another one will go up. Batteries, we recycle them now. Every point you make is bullshit.

Open pit coal mine.

I see Illinois has decided they need nuclear reactors after all. They put off closing one of the most efficient coal plants for another 25 years. Probably so they could pay the government loans off.

Two nuclear power plants in northern Illinois reversed plans to retire early

A conservative would support gay marriage rights even though they disagree with the lifestyle.

A republican would not support gay marriage rights because they want to shape the world into only the things they like.
