Clone help

Hi Everyone!

I got a few clones the other day from the club and they came in a small cup and there placed in a green styrofoam i think? Do I remove the green styrofoam looking stuff and plant in soil...or do I keep it in and plant?

Should be rooted. If so throw it in a base soil.

ya they seem to be rooted. I can see the roots growing out of the green styrofoam looking stuff.
I can just plant in soil now with the green styrofoam?
I'm going to make a run to home depot tomorrow to get 2 - 4 CFL lights. prob 100 w each maybe 200w each between 5 - 6.5k spectrum.

How often do I need to water the babies at this stage?
