Cloning problems please help

So this is my first time trying to clone I cut them at 45 degree angles dipped them in clones and put them into rapid rooter cubes and they are also on a heat mat and I just took the dome off to take this pic it’s been 3 days why are they dying like this? Also I did most them every day with water

those cubes look dry AF. what temp and humidity are in the room they are in
