cloning

my clones rooted and are vegging well under 24/0 however the plants that i got these clones from, i seeded on 18/6. both results where great. i would do most of my vege in 18/6 for power and under the theory that a dark period enacts changes in the plant. but for clones and early vegging i would use 24/0 so i can keep the temperature and environment stable during the most delicate stage.

In the years that I have been growing, I've found that there is no difference
to grow clones with a dark period. Other than maybe saving a few pennies
on my electric bill. One 2 foot fluorescent T5 uses very little electricity..
