I love using my bubble bucket. About 2/3 full of water, air stone in bottom, a ml of Calmag, a ml of Advanced Nutrients B-52. I prep em like usual, diagonal cut just below a node, dip in clonex, set in Perlite net pots, no dome necessary, 14 days later, viola:

Ya - don't use any. No regular floor fans, no circulation fans. Only your exhaust fan should be running, with your freshly undomed clones tent.

i haven't had problems with cuttings since i dropped the dome, it's not necessary the stem will wick up all the moisture it needs. Domes promote stale humid air which promotes mold, and damping off, all my cuts get airflow, nothing dies unless i forget to water them, which is rare.

I do domeless when I use aerocloners, but in soil? That's so cool.
Just extra hand watering. I'm going to try that!

i live in a humid climate, though a friend up north has the same experience in a much drier place. However if it ain't broke don't fix it is always pretty much the best advice in this hobby
