Closet grow in soil w/CFL's *PICS*

Absolutely amazing! I'm starting my first CFL grow and I was skeptical at first about the quality/quantity I would get from growing with them, but this thread
kept my hopes alive.

I saw 6.5 oz's pulled off of a guys Super Lemon Haze, with 3.5 oz's of trimmings he used for butter! Its nuts how well cfls can work in the right setup!

I love this book. If you don't know who Soma is, he's the grower who grew/bred/branded NYC Diesel, Amnesia Haze, G13 Haze, Buddha's Sister and lots of other strains... Soma Seeds.

This grower is an American who one day entered into one of the first Cannabis Cups in Amsterdam (Cannabis Cup 1993?). He got such heartfelt feelings about being in a place where there was cannabis freedom, that he decided that he was moving there.
So when he went back to the states after the cup, he spent the whole year preparing to move to Amsterdam. Then in 1995 he moved to Amsterdam. He's been there ever since...
Talk about being passionate for the essence of marijuana!

I just like his philosophical views towards growing Cannabis. Heres a great youtube video on Soma:

This is off the Soma Seeds website: ( http://www.somaseeds.nl/ )

"Soma is a 57 year old Rastafarian who is spiritually dedicated to the Sacred cannabis plant. He has been working with the plant for 39 years. He wears pants and shirts made out of it, smokes it constantly, he has a prescription for 10 grams a day, and studies every aspect of the marijuana phenomenon."

 This guy wrote a book on growing. Read it.

Here's the SAFE and FREE rapidshare.com download link for the book in PDF form:

The rapidshare for Soma's book is down. Big up on this grow. Monumental!!! Damn I wish I had some clones of those beauties! Especially that Indica. My word.

Guano tea with molasses in it... Do you think it would be too late to introduce that into their diet?
Heard that mix during flowering would make it taste like heaven... And increase your yield... What more do you want? Any people with experience in using Molasses in soil?

Grower does not have the Guano tea yet, but he did get his hands on some Molasses...

Here's "Grandma's'" unsulphured molasses

Thank you, grow space and welcome to the thread!

You think that leaf that was circled in the picture looked deformed? What made you think that besides the unnatural cut it has? And how exactly does regular leaf growth cause that?

lol, how bout the molasses question? any experience with molasses?

So many questions!! lol thanks
