I mean turn it into 2 rooms, 1 Veg, 1 Flower, with 800W per room ie 2X 400W in the Veg room, and 2X 400W in the Flower room. This would give you the best light coverage, and also gives you the option to run either a MH and HPS together.. 2 MH's together or 2X HPS together - STELTHY

PS. By running MH and HPS together in Flower will give you strong dense buds, that are sticky and high in THC and resin

Cool-tubes give out poor light, have a look at SUN-SYSTEMS air-cooled reflectors they are amazing - STELTHY

Hey stelthy, I havent checked your grows out in a while but your set-up was bad ass looked slick like that fighter jet in your av "-)

400w lights would be ok but you would end up buying more ballasts more hoods and more bulbs and end up being more expensive than the 600ds and with less power, your are 100% correct about the light spread though a line must be drawn at some poit... Its just not economically sounf to buy 4- 400w blubs and ballasts and 4 ac hoods when all you need is three 600ds.

trouble- you say you have a place for veg so this will strictly be a bloom room correct?

will you want to harvest the entire room every 2 months or half the room every month?

Yeah I have a smaller closet going to turn into mother clone room think it is 3by 5 so I would like to use the bigger closet for bloom. Thinking instead of a mass crop all at once. Maybe a perpetual harvest. Maybe start another 600 and dwc week or 2 after I bloom the first 1 just thinking anyone got good info on perpetual harvests

Its all about timing, and the timing depends on your genetics. Find out exactly how long they take to flower and how much they stretch after you flip the lights and also how long they take to root from cutting... This will give you a better foundation to build the rest of your grow on. Maybe you dont need that many plants.

well thank u all for the good information sorry havnt been online to update but been busy i ordered 2x 600 with agrosun dual spectrum bulbs 465 cfm 6" fan with carbon filter from htg my plants are loven the lights vegged for 2 weeks topped them and vegged another week flowered at 18" havnt measured lately but they are getting pretty tall . 6 purple gorilla in 25 gallon black tub never done dwc before seems to work well think i should have only put 3 plants in the container too late to change now well here is some pics let me know what yall think
