Hey thanks. I've been reading up on Black domina smoke reports and apparently, it really helps with anxiety/body pains. So that's why I chose it to try out. Those sativas make it too loud in my head.. I need a good night time smoke for insomnia as well. This should do the trick. The flavor report is exactly what you described. Incense/hashy like and acrid. Best to be smoked in a vape as some reviewers noted. I was obligated to an autoflowering due to the size of my space. But what also caught my attention was the 8 week turnaround for harvest. That's a good amount of bud (2oz give or take) in 8 weeks. Perfect start to summer. Blackjack was going to be my first choice.

Good luck with it, though I'd much rather prune or supercrop to control height than go autoflower. You can't maintain clones from auto's.

does anyone have any experence with this or whatever its american counterpart may be? its a four compressed slabs totalling five kgs seems to be a mix of fine and fiberous material. picked up two bales from the store for $14 just to test out.

lemon skunk and my girls got hot so they jumped in the paddling pool........splish splash.

I just put 4 plants into flower. Lemon skunk, Pineapple chunk, white rhino and Trainwreck. They where all grown from seed. Veg under 200 watt T5 and are now flowering under a air cooled 600 watt hps.
Im using 100% canna coco and nutes.
Room stays around 72 and 40% humidity.
The plants just seem to be stuck and the new leaves that are trying to come out seem very skinny.
I just flushed them with ro water ph at 5.8 then fed them today with 1000ppm of canna A and B and also added cal mag as i think that may be the problem but not sure.

I don't go over 900ppm in my own grow at the height of flowering.
During the first weeks of flowering this time around I was running around 600 to 700ppm and my plants did much better.

Avoid flushing. Instead, rinse. Coco will flush different elements at different rates and flushing the media will really destroy the Calcium buffer.

So, prepare a solution at about 250 to 400ppm and use that to flush with. This will still remove excess elements but without obliterating the element buffers as you enter flowering. I find that 30% runoff is a minimum when I see my runoff ppms more than 20% higher. Like, if I use 500ppm solution, and I get back 700ppm runoff, then that indicates to me a 40% increase in the runoff ppms. As such I would continue to rinse the media with my 500ppm solution until the runoff measured beneath 600ppm (within 20%). This will ensure that the media closely resembles your solution ratios without unused elements building up in the coco skewing the npk ratios.

Personally, I find Canna's Coco system runs just a little shy on Potassium. They have very good logic behind why they run low K levels but for cannabis specifically I think a little more potassium goes a long way in flowering. My suggestion to you is to drop your ppm levels to around 700 (1.4ec on a Hanna meter) and to try and balance your nutrient system with some pk. CannaZym is the only option for you in the Canna Family, so you may want to consider a simple bloom booster like Liquid KoolBloom at 0-10-10. Figure 7ml of A, 7ml of B, and 2ml of KoolBloom, and you're NPK ratios straighten out a little.

The first 3 weeks of flowering in Coco can be very tricky. It took me 3 or 4 grows before I really started to get a handle on things. Drop those ppm's and balance out the 5-4-3 Canna system to more of a 5-5-4 (I think 3-2-3 is ideal for this stage to be honest, but that will take a lot of work on your behalf to try and mix up) and try to keep them happy. A touch of Epsom Salt (about 20ppm) has done nothing but good in my own grow room.

The transition can be a little slow. Just give them time and care and everything will be cool.

These plants have also looked like this for about a week and a half now before i put them into flower. I wanted to wait till they looked better before putting them in flower but didnt want to end up with 2 tall of a plant.
Should i be adding the PK now? I was going to wait a week then start it

One more thing. they are hooked up to a drip system that feeds everyday for 1min. I do get runoff on every feed.

I'd cut the Cal-Mag back to probably 2ml per gallon and start using some of the PK boosters. Not enough to make PK the dominant elements, just enough to balance it out so your system isn't so dominated by nitrogen.

Dropping the ppm's is the big thing though. You might need to use more like 5-6ml of the A+B 2ml of the Cal-Mag, and 2ml of a 0-10-10 booster to get your ppms under 800. Hard to say from my couch.

I recently transplanted all of my plants to cocopeat bought from home depot...It said nothing about being buffered on it and now half of my plants seem to be drooping quite a bit. The runoff was 6.5 but I can't test it again for a few days until I water again...

I mixed 25% perlite into it, and soaked it for a few hours. I also squeezed the excess water out of it whilst filling up my new pots... Is it possible the media is still too wet for the transplanted plants?

I just checked the temp on the rez and it was 61 degrees. Thinking that may be the problem???Went to the hydro store and the guy there said salt buildup but wouldnt think that as i flush every week.
600 watt 6" air cooled hood with 500cfm inline 24" above plants
100% canna coco
canna nutes 7ml of A & B per gal
calmag 5ml per gal
Flushed 2 days ago with 400ppm at 5.8 then fed next day with above nutes
They are on a drip system that feeds one time a day for 1min and i get 10-15% runoff
just moved to flower room but didnt look much better in veg.
Plan to add the PK next week?

My first grow I started in coco and don't know any different. I have followed the Canna program and nutes and plants look healthy and bushy. I have seen other pictures of soil grows and there tall and lanky. I am gowing into flower next week and would like some insight from a vet. I veged under a T-5 four 7 weeks and will go under a 1000 hps. The light is cooled but was wondering about using CO2. I have read that CO2 during flowewring is not what you want to do. Something about the buds not being as dense? Or is it the potentcy? Any experience would be greatly appreciated

No. Co2 is what you want to increase yield, but you need the temps to be high enough for co2 injection to be effective. Co2 is also a good thing to implement if you are suffering high temps >90f because it will keep your plants healthy and should get you bigger nugs too. But it's not the end of the world not to have a co2 setup with all other things being well, you can still yield really good bud without it.
