Actually, no it didn't. He leaked his personal documents on his thoughts that he was going to speak about at the hearings. He knew full well it would become public information anyway.

In fact, his entire testimony was posted on Facebook by Senator Warren on Wednesday before he ever gave it.

People are misusing the word leak the same way they are hack these days.

He released his memos back in May, right after his firing. Apparently, they sparked the need for a special prosecutor.

I never said when they were released. I was talking about his entire testimony being released as part of his PRIVATE NOTES the same way that the other material was released.

Neither one is a crime of any kind and neither one is subject to any sort of sanction at all. That was the damn point.

So, your default assumption is that some people have the right to use offensive force, and that the person being subjected to it, has no right to do anything about it if a large group of people are insisting that it is okay ?

Also, your anger is telling. Insults are not arguments. Although I'm not surprised you are reluctant to try defending your contradictory premise that by using offensive force somehow good can be achieved.

People ignore my points either out of ignorance or out of cognitive dissonance or in your case, possibly both.
