you should be good I do a small sea of green setup with clones that are about 3 inches and finish at bout 10 inches never had any trouble, I just like em cause they dont take much room. check out randy rockets 12/12 from seed thread. Very cool lots of good pics and tons of input

I started my current grow in those, then transplanted into 3 gal pots. There is a big problem with those red or blue plastic cups, they let light get to the roots. Algae will grow on the roots and will stunt good root development. Piss poor roots = Piss poor buds. Use black plastic nursery style containers for best results friend...

you guys are missing the point i can fit 56 cups in my chamber versus 15 of the smallest pots i can find i am wanting to cram as many in there as possible if i get the smallest pots i can find i can only get 15 in my cabinet and for the dick head who asked if i ever feel invisible do you ever feel intelligent????

OK, I see what you're trying to do. You can get 56 cups in your space... cool.
They sell spray paint for plastic, gets some black paint; paint the outside of your cups, problem solved...

Just use the small black soil bags sold at your local hydro/grow shop. They are cheap and work well.
are u talking about starter pucks? cus u wouldnt able to keep them in long enuf to flower it....they are to small for how much the roots grow fast. i may be confused about what u mean tho.

Im talking about soil bags instead of hard plastic pots or keg cups.Just unfold add soil and add plant. Maybe there is another name for them im not sure. Ive been using them exclusively and they work great. When your plants are done you can fold them up and stash them away until next crop. Then you dont end up with a mountain of containers. They sell them in sizes as small a keg cups all the way to multiple gallons.

Sorry Im not exactly sure how to pm you. If you Google "grow bags" you will see them. Most grow shop carry them. It basicly a small thick garbage bag with drainage holes designed to plant in.

I'm no fan of CFL's, I tried them and I was disappointed. Good for starting from seed. I'm sure there is a 1,000 people out there who will say I'm full of Sh&t! Your plants look healthy and have a nice green color. The only problem is, they should be twice as big by now. Just not enough lumens, that's all. I'm a hard core loady from the 70's, I burned 5 oz in 3 months.
3 White Widows and one G13 Power Skunk. All 4 were 32" plus and a foot or so wide, under 430w hps. If an 8th lasts you a month, you will do just fine using CFL's...

it prolly is possible..when you put a bigger plant into a smaller container it does 1. makes it easier to burn the plants with nutes cause there is no room to breathe.2. have to water very very often..and possibly kill it self...BUT i have seen plant completely root bound and it grow full and produce bud so its up to u
