Sure, gender is immutable and directly connected to sex. There are two genders just as there is two sexes. Pretty simple and doesnt require mental gymnastics. Further, it is not possible to change your sex. It's a mere facsimile of the sex you "feel" you are. No amount of cosmetics, horrifying surgeries, clothing, and social acceptable can change what you are from conception. What do you think?
