DoFo should have ended this shit a week ago, we did in NS and we don't have nearly the issue. Not just the OPP will act against these idiots, the Mounties and metropolitan police will join in too. Highways are provincial responsibility in Canada, as is everything motor vehicle related, the feds can lend assistance when asked though and enforce provincial law.

Now that Ontario finally acted, the feds can, highways and vehicles are a provincial (state) power, like in the states. The feds will support the province, now that they have the laws and powers to deal with it. Everybody was waiting for Doug and for the public to become disgusted and pissed off. Now they can bust heads and squeeze some nuts, make some examples and the rest will scatter like cockroaches in the sunshine.

I'm not seeing a lot of counter protesters. I read of one in Vancouver and some half hearted one in Ottawa.

I'm not wishing for it but I don't think they would be left alone if they made their way to Portland Or.
