Bravo brother!

I'll look for you when the shit hits the fan, you'd be a good asset to the team!

I shoot IN DEFENSE OF LIFE AND PROPERTY...

Motherfucker, that bag of chips is my property, and if it's worth your life, go ahead and try and steal them.

Eye for an eye the whole world goes blind is BS, eventually the world will learn.

Californians preaching about the constitution, now THAT is hilarious.

She likes it when I blow on her pussy... it tickles she says, then she has to call her Lieutenant and explain why she's late to briefing, AGAIN!

i'm a human before i'm a californian. and that was a pretty lame come back.

being in bed with a cop is as bad as being one. i'm think i should ban you. except you have my personal info and i do NOT trust you at all.

Hey, we generalize about cops all the time, can I not generalize about people from California? Statistically, most people in your state could give two shits about our constitution, it sickens me.

Secondly, being in bed with a cop is as bad as being one? You serious?

You know how many medical growers I know who's husbands used to be cops... that is just shameful you would say something like that.

For the person that mentioned "barbaric", I suppose it could be viewed as such. But my property is more valuable to me than the life of the person trying to steal it. Like it or hate it, it's how I believe the world should operate to deter crime.

Then I'll trade you my property for your dads',brothers, sister, mom's life....since personal property is so valuable...then this should be an easy trade.......see how stupid that sounds now reread what you wrote......

If anyone is nervous, please... let's plan a RIU Trip to Amsterdam (it's about time!), we can all meet up... smoke plenty of hash, take some magic truffles and talk about how this world would be better if everyone just got along.

I'm not playing on any fences here, I understand the risks involved with growing (I'm just starting again, ask GG if ya want) and understand that we as growers should have a natural "disliking" of police because they can take away our future... but hating them doesn't solve anything, just like hating the Mexicans wont solve the immigration problem. My way of thinking is peace with the police... and action against the real string pullers, our elected officials.

How were the cops to know he was unarmed?

I don't know how any sane person could think that grabbing at your waistband when at gunpoint by police is a good idea... that is why I'm saying this was suicide by cop.

I think you should reread what I wrote:

My dad, brother, sister, mom, etc. are not stealing from me or anyone else.

Somehow I missed this part of the article...

He was most recently paroled in October after a burglary conviction. He also had convictions for residential robbery, battery on a peace officer, assault with a deadly weapon, threats with intent to terrorize and evading police, authorities said.
Sounds like he told the cops he was NOT going back to jail alive...

So your saying if any of the mentioned people stole fuck it kill them.......It doesnt matter if the person steals or not my friend....property is not worth a life period that's my point.......and I'm sure someone in your family has stole something at one point in their life...that doesnt mean their life is worth less than any mans property....

I get what you're saying, but the fact is... EVERYONE values things differently.

That piece of rope may not be much to you, but to someone else... it could be worth a million dollars.

If only people who stole realized that hey... yes that object might not mean much to them, but to the person they stole it from it might mean everything.

But this is really getting off topic eh? We should have a "Value your possessions" thread.

We'll have to agree to disagree then. If anyone steps in my house I'm not asking questions.

cops aren't supposed to FIRE until they actually see a weapon. no? i thought they were trained not to just shoot people.

cops are also trained not to fall into "suicide by cop" traps.

this is NOT proper/typical cop procedure. if it were there would be no "investigation".

Sonoma deputy thought suspect armed when shooting

SANTA ROSA, Calif.—Investigators probing the law enforcement shooting of an unarmed man say the Sonoma County sheriff's deputy opened fire because the suspect looked like he was reaching for a gun. Santa Rosa police Lt. Paul Henry says 49-year-old Albert Leday Jr. reached behind his back and pulled at his waistband twice when ordered to surrender, as if pulling a gun. A deputy fatally shot Leday once in the chest.
No gun was found on the suspect.
Authorities say Leday led deputies on a high-speed chase after his ex-girlfriend called to report that he had burglarized her Santa Rosa home and previously assaulted her. He eventually crashed his car into a light pole near a shopping mall, where the shooting happened.
The shooting remains under investigation by Santa Rosa police.

Agreed.........but...Thats different...when someone enters your home......and you feel your life is threatened then I feel it is justified....but if you steal my jewelry....I don't think I should be allowed to put a hole in you....

Well it depends, different departments have different force matrix's...

Around here and in Texas it's quite a liberal use of force policy... essentially if the officer feels that his life is in immediate danger (someone looks to be attempting to grab a gun from their waistband) then they can use deadly force.

I'm not sure about the suicide by cop stuff, but the problem is... I could imagine it being VERY hard to differentiate between the two (is he or is he not pulling a weapon)

And after any police shooting, there's always an investigation... it's where the good stuff comes out! Hopefully soon we'll know more "facts".
