Could Germin to long Be the problem???

OK a few have read my posts from before but long story short...my girl killed my first good crop bc she didnt know how to handle the heat while i was gone but owell....we moved to a differnet grow space its a lil bigger and its ac cooled 24/7 the temps stay around 80 85 during the day hum around 40 or 50 %

ok the problems we are running into now are that afer we germ they dont do anything...im think we are letting them germ to much and they are getting to big without being in soil....the last few she put in soil she said they already shedded there shell before she put the in the gorund...is that bad bc all thats happening is after a few days of being under the 400 Mh they just turn brown and die...so im thinking we need to germ for only 1 day or just until they crack bc i think she is breaking the little fuzzy hairs off or something causing them to die after a few days

once in the soil i water and let them chill under the lights...and dont water for a day or so bc i thought i was over watering but i dont no....

o and is it bad for the seedlings to be like a inch or so before they hit dirt is that why there are dying

it's not good but it shouldn't kill them either. Plant them as soon as they crack and the root tip is showing, 1/2 inch deep maximum in moist soil no need to water till they are growing for a week or so.

1st off that high of temp for seedlings will kill them. keepyour tem in the 70's for your seedligs. if your useing a soil with nutes in it make sure you have good roots b4 you transplant this way you don't burn the roots upbe4 they have a chance to establish. water only for the 1st 3 weeks or so, then start feeding 1/4 strength and work up.

ok i may just try to buy like 4 cfls or something to try to help with the heat until they actually start to develop leaves....then i can switch over to the Mh i guess...im just trying to get atleast one decent crop....

anyone ???
