Nope. Depends on your mains voltage. Should be <2A for 120VAC or <1A for 240VAC.

Then you should probably say something about tasty the company, since you're in a gogreen thread that is in a DIY forum.
1400 is a driver current...not a tasty.

6-8 emitters, T3 has 3 emitters each so. 2 of the T3s would provide about 670 PPFD in your space and is slightly stronger than a mogul 600. If you wanted more light you could add a third, or go with a higher driver current.
