Crop #3: Deadhead OG, PurpleBerry BX, Chem 40G, Blue Cheese, and Qrazy Train

I just started using Liquid Karma, how do u use it and do u like it?

Did I miss something whats the nets purpose?

Liquid Karma is one of the more popular "snake oils". I believe that it
has humic acid in it. One of it's nice aspects is how gentle it is, as it can
be used on seedlings, if desired.

LOL, the net came down to support the buds Beech. I am pretty sure that
it will help later. With the stretch, these ladies are at about five feet tall.

I had to go into the tent to re-hang everything, to make it so that my light
could be raised as high as possible. (Check the photo a ways back...I got
my ceiling packed tight ;0)

When I was in the tent, doing the re-hang, I took the time to use the four
boards, that I was using to keep the sides of the tent from sucking in too
far, to make a frame for a screen.

This is not a SCROG though, as I did not take advantage of the screen
during Veg time. I think that this is something that I will look forward
to doing next Crop....but this will hinge on my coming up with a way to
make a SCROG screen for each bucket separately.

I can hardly manage the plants in the back.

They are soooo rocking though, Chem 4, Deadhead, and Somango. Yay!

I wanted to add that I went ahead and transplanted the remaining
clones into beer cups:


I got what I believe are viable clones of all breeds.

I expected the PB-BX to be the weakest with Blue Cheese and AK-47 being
the strongest, as this is what I had seen previously.

Actually the second Deadhead pheno only had really good roots on one
clone, but that one looks good, so I should be good.

I am already pretty sure that I want to keep the Somango for the time being,
and the Chem 4 OG and Deadhead too. I just cannot keep more than 6-8 breeds
as mothers without losing space to grow more clones and seedlings.

Subbed up, you're running a few I'm interested in, particularly the DeadHead OG... Damn curious to see what comes out. Somango was one of the most beautiful plants I ever grew also damn curious to see what she does in your garden

They are huge! In 2 gallon smart pots.

I love finding a clone leaf still on the plant when I harvest:

It just says that I took consistent good care of the plant.

I do not expect to have more Somango to smoke from one plant, but I expect
to have some bigger bugs as the pot is 2.5 times bigger.

The Somango smoke is fruity and *very* delicious. I miss it. :0)

It truly is TASTY herb! And just spectacular in looks, loving the lavender hues on yours, mine leant towards a bunt orange at the end. Was years ago now wow...

Love those somango shots JD. She is a beauty. Would love to give those a run sometime, just real nice eye candy. Interested to see how your BC ends up too. How's the gnat problem? ATB

I believe that I might have survived the stretch.

Only the Blue Cheese threatens to push on, but all the others are
very luckily stopping at a good distance from the light.

There are many more photos that the grow deserves at this point,
so I appreciate your patience.

Here is the tent tonight:


I am preferring the center and back rows, as the strongest mothers are there,
but in the front row AK-47 and PurpleBerry BX will make some flowers.

PurpleBerry BX will make a few small tops:


...and the AK-47 some stronger, if no more:



The Center row is Blue Cheese on the left, Deadhead OG Pheno2 in the center,
and Qrazy Train on the right.

It is hard in the group shots to see how well each different breed
is doing, but I took a group shot tonight that I really wish you could
appreciate...if I can maintain penetration for even just a foot, then
this thing is going to be solid buds...a peek in the tent:

P.S. It does seem that the stretch stopped...just in time. Only the BC required
the pulling over of three tops.

I'm actually so amped watching this one I'm willing them to flower faster from over here lol...

Thanks Beech. I fed/watered them yesterday.

With the super-cropping over of three tops, I have survived the stretch.

I also cut three gigantic fan leaves from the Qrazy Train. I would usually
not do this, but the Somango is catching up a tad, and removing the leaves
gives it much better light.

A bud came over today and we sampled the QT along with the Chem 4 OG.
They were both delicious...and that was with the Chem taken early.

I am hopeful. :0)
