Can anyone tell me if medicine that is not done curing counts for the legal 2.5oz of smokable meds?

I wouldn't risk it.Its kind of a gray area in the laws.

As long as it's properly labeled/dated and in a jar separate from usable medicine it does not count towards the 2.5 but if you wanna be "safe" then yeah..

Yes i know the law says that but i can see an ass hole officer not really wanting to believe those 5 jars up there labled UN USABLE are not Usable.Risky
