Currently using a 600w duel spectrum hps light for a space of 120×120×200 tent what would happen? if i added another 600w red spectrum hps

If your room is 70f lights off and 80f lights on with 1 hps, it's going to be 90f with a 2nd one.

Unless you've already got oversized extraction to handle doubling the extraction rate then you'll need to buy new fans.

One option would be air cooled hoods.. in this particular situation cooltubes would be useful due to the narrow reflectors and minimal additional resistanceto airflow, 2x large hoods would be a struggle to fit in a 4x4.

There's a lot to think about.. a 1000w in an xl hood would give better coverage..

Most people can't manage that kind of heat in a tent.. but some can

A duel is one thing, a DUAL means a pair, last time I checked getting your eyes crossed & all slobbered up, then getting online to ask questions for certain failure is no way to try to go through life.

No way you're going to run that much heat in that small of space unless you want to smoke those right in the containers they're trying to live in.
I haven't run any HPS or MH in close to forty years but if I still had the gear I'd use LED still.
I have the ability to run up to 1450 watt (wall draw) in a 4*8 but at 900 it's already pretty toasty and at 750 they're pretty happy and almost 3500 individual LEDs are happy too, plus it's easier to sleep with the fans running under ten thousand RPM.

in enclosed grow spaces thc/cbd production starts a steep decline at 27°C and up

in 1994 in a dry concrete townhouse basement with a 1000w mh on the ceiling we had newly planted thai seeds sitting on the floor growing lush dinner plate sized fan leaves at just a few inches tall

I run 2 600w hps in air cooled hoods in same size tents, each tent has a fan pulling through the carbon filter and also a fan pulling through each pair of hoods from air outside. Temp is fine, only in peak summer do I dim lights to 400w or if plants outgrow tent too close to light. Just my thoughts but I think my dual specs run slightly hotter than my red spec bulbs could be brand tho i don't know

I found adding other bulb so far through flower only made nugs a bit more dense, not much change in yield which would be case if adding at switch
