ok so my growbox is pretty small (13 inches long by 10 inches wide by 16 inches high). I started off from seed and now my seeds are in jiffy pots under a humidity dome. I plant on only making seeds from my plants. My question is i want to veg for a while before i go into flowering and i got a 45watt(200watt equivilent) CFL that is 4100k. Would this be enough for my seedlings to grow? If i add a 23watt 2700k cfl would it be better? and for flowring im gonna use a 200 or 250watt envirolite. As for lighting, what amout should i use for my sedlings? 24, 18, 20 hours a day?

thanks

You need about 100W(actual, not equivalent) per plant when flowering starts. Seedlings are fine at 18/6 and don't need a lot of light.

For vegging I would use more of the 4100K. 6500K bulbs are even better. The blue spectrum they put out is more favorable for growth. Save the 2700K for later when you begin flowering.
