Gypsum and sulfur are more gradual i believe and aluminum sulphate is instantaneous. But, aluminum, if used by even a little to much can cause toxicity and is overall bad for you pretty sure.Gypsum is supposed to acidify the soil too I believe and it's Calcium Sulphate. Not sure how fast either of those work tho so it may be futile.
I'd just use pH 5 water and see what happens first. Most people don't push enough and will use pH 6 when they believe the soil pH is 7 figuring it'll split the difference and make the root zone pH 6.5. I don't work that way.
yea, im gonna do the ph 5 for now after they dry out and see what that does. I just hope the ph doesn't keep climbing.
