I'd just use pH 5 water and see what happens first. Most people don't push enough and will use pH 6 when they believe the soil pH is 7 figuring it'll split the difference and make the root zone pH 6.5. I don't work that way.

Gypsum and sulfur are more gradual i believe and aluminum sulphate is instantaneous. But, aluminum, if used by even a little to much can cause toxicity and is overall bad for you pretty sure.

yea, im gonna do the ph 5 for now after they dry out and see what that does. I just hope the ph doesn't keep climbing.

Just an update. Of the 4 I had, 2 got the axe due to them stressing to hermie. Of my last two, im now 14 day's into flower. I started to notice an issue with one just after the flip. At first I thought N-tox due to the clawing but I've been flushing that one since I noticed the problem but it still didn't correct itself. I then thought maybe it was getting a bit root bound so i transplanted again to a 60 some litre container to still continue to have the same issue. any idea's what could be causing this? temps are sitting around 25c, Rh between 40 and 50 depending on the day.

My other plant which is getting the same dosage of nutes as the other one WAS, is doing just fine. still in the 5 gallon bucket and doing nicely.
