I mean at one point. If they get overwatered it hard for them to get a good root system going. Then they start getting deficiencies. If it's too cold that makes the problem worse.

Literally drops daily.. I put a hole in a bottle lid and drip over it I don’t go mad with it. The soil is dry when I water it.

Yea man I really don’t though I literally drip it out a small hole in a bottle lid. Especially thinking it’s damping off I’ve been careful to not water too much. What do you make of the last pic I posted? There’s no skinny stalk at the bottom ?

That’s what I was doing before but thinking it was damping off I switched to watering a little bit daily.

It doesn't look like it's damping off, but it looks sad for sure. It's purple, which means it's either too cold or it's deficient. As Dan said, a good watering should keep the medium wet for a 2 or more days. I only water mine daily when they are still in their starter plugs. They'll tell you when they need it more frequently.

I see the tiniest skinny spot, but very little. Either way do like @lusidghost said and prop it up with a toothpick or piece of wire, anything to give it some support. Still think 40% RH is too low too. Shot for 60%-70% till they get some growth. Once they drop the baby leaves start slowly lowering RH.

I’m pretty adamant temp is not the issue maybe deficient then! Mixed with low rh maybe. I’m glad it’s not damping off

Maybe try soaking your seeds in a light hydrogen peroxide solution before you go to the paper towel. keep everything clean as possible, use gloves if you have to..
and stop doing hippy shit like chamomile tea and cinnamon.

Give it a stick, a gentile spray, and turn the dang fan off. lol The RH will jump with the spray and no fan to blow it away. The plant will be good as new in the morning. Follow the guidelines in your attachments until it get better roots to drink from.

I'd get the temp up to 80 at least, skip paper towels and just plant direct to media, keep uncovered, moist not wet. Here is a good guide https://www.mandalaseeds.com/Guides/Germination-Guide. Stagnant air is another cause.
Buy some Southern Ag Garden Friendly Fungicide and drench the media with it (preferably before you plant)-this is good insurance against damping off and the smallest size bottle is pretty cheap

i suspect the soil is the culprit too, but lots of UK growers seemed to like the stuff. sounds like its just coco and worm castings.
