day 4 of flower, left ceiling light on-question

Started 12/12 on Saturday, last night I forgot to turn my ceiling light off and it stayed on for an hour and 37 minutes past when the HPS went off...

will I be ok?

It should be fine. Don't sweat it. One time shouldn't mess you up, just keep things straight from here on out.

yea I got a timer, for my HPS, I just accidentally left the close light on...which is operated by a standard light switch

switch it to a green bulb, so you can still work when it's dark and the plants won't know.
