Being licensed through a state entity does not mean shit if the Feds decide to get involved. You'd be tried in a federal court, under federal laws which state that marijuana is a schedule 1 drug.

State medical marijuana laws only protect us from state enforcement, and even that is debatable it seems. I've seen plenty of people end up in prison who were in compliance with state laws.
Well we're already over half of the states being legal.....Cannabis will be off schedule one by end of 2017 constitutionally they can't ignore it anymore the DEA doing their big thing this year with not rescheduling was to tell big pharma it's gonna go next year. Think it's a coincidence Monsanto is using scotts under their new partnership contract to buy up all these gardening lights, nutes, etc. And think Monsanto buying into something they don't know for a fact will be legal? Think the biggest companies in america don't have any insight or money on pockets to keep them informed? Scotts bought botanicare and gavita within past 6 months.....It'll be medically legalized across the country as well as one.of trumps biggest policies was keeping the states in control of themselves for cannabis that medical marijuana is good for business goo for people good for our soldiers. This is
Them trying to stop the shipment of unregulated medications. That's it there's been alot of people selling fake shit and screwing people over. Government wants the money they are stepping in

And bought botanicare and gavita in August i believe all of these happened after they signed their new contract with Monsanto last year with Scott's to "bring in and offer a wide range of gardening products together." And last year had it set to get majority of states legalize In some way but fell 1-2 short. Now we're at 29

Well sure, I would agree that at some point marijuana will be rescheduled or de-scheduled, but you were talking present tense.

Idk I mean really for med and rec states we're already following state laws no effects will be felt by us
but as far as us legal ones they can't do shit.

And remember this is clearly just for not allowing it to cross state lines that's it again laws in place that allow states to govern themselves without federal interference as long as oh say you don't go out of state making it a federal issue like say shipping or smuggling
I'm not making this up man. The Feds can, and do charge people involved in marijuana growing and trafficking. They typically don't bother with the little guys obeying state laws, but they certainly can if they chose to.

Well ya the black market trade is illegal no matter what and those guys they are going after don't stay in state......

lol man! Look up the supremacy clause, article 6 of the constitution. When state law conflict with federal law, the Feds win. Cut and dry.

If you wish to test this theory be my guest, but you're not going to like the outcome.

Right as in sending across state lines that's illegal as fuck. The states govern themselves we can thank Mr.Obama for that. As long as you dont break your state laws you're fine they won't raid a 6 plant grow or a legal medical caregiver grow that's actually doing what it's supposed to. You literally said they weren't following their state laws which allows feds to come in because I can guarantee they were dealing across lines. Have a buddy on 2 years probation for getting busted with 79lbs over limit. They even have him back his 1 legal lb and gave him a summons to appear lol they aren't doing shit if you're a medical patient they won't prosecute unless you're selling to out of state people but donating to patients and friends is legal. Had a buddy sell 30 lbs to dea agent in state they did nothing. Next month they asked for 30 out of state he said he could only get 14 went out of state got busted ONLY charged with the out of state selling.

Point and case last raid by feds here in Colorado was 3 dispensaries in Denver who were skimming lbs and shipping out of state. There are legitimately guys on Craigslist offering lbs of flower and concentrate here and it's real fuckin people they are going after them not people who obey the state laws

Did you read the huff PO article I posted? Federal law supersedes state law even if you are 100% in compliance with your state laws.

That's funny opium has been in Europe since Alexander the Great and readily available. It was legal in the USA as morphine and heroin even for many years then the Volstead Act came around. Meanwhile heroin was legal for many years but it was the first opiate outlawed of course prohibitionist were losing the fight against alcohol miserably. The Volstead Act ended and this"new" drug came from Mexico called Marijuana and made negros and Mexicans rape white women.... As for Opium well the white man hated the harder working Chinamen that smoked opium.

If you are for the drug war you are a racist piece of shit.
Are you trying to say all drugs should be legal??
