dealers, how do they make money

If your a dealer and dealing weed what I use to do is have lots of ppl buying thats how I made my $$ be popular with smokers night clubs, house partys, any where where theres smokers I didnt care bout getting fucked with by the po po cuz its weed I would buy a qp and be done with it in 2 days qp for 1k then make 2k off it 1k profit err 2 days not bad for a 20 yr old that was 9 yrs ago im on to big and better now growing it is a lil different hustle

Seems mildly unreasonable to be making 180k at 20 and being sharp enough to hide that revenue. Most of the bud dealers I know live in shitty apartments and are broke half the time, always fronting zips.

I made a 1k a day for over 2yrs. I was 23 I had no prob hiding it and spending it. I spent about 350 a day on clothes, took my girl out to dinner that was 100 and the rest on booze and pills. Easy come easier go!!! I put alot of it away in a safety deposit box at my bank. Threw some in the safe in the closet and went on a hell of alot of vacations.

Prices are not set in stone no matter where you are. Hell, when I first started smoking I payed a bullshit 20 a gram... now I pay 20 an eighth, unless I go to a dispensary... but I really have no need to do that anymore (This is based off of SF prices). It's a matter of who you know, that's it, nothing else. When I was slangin tree I didn't make much money cause it was all cash so I would spend it asap. I'd save my money for rent, and after that was saved up (1 day in the month max) I would blow through all my cash. I was getting lbs for 1200, but I was a youngin, so that was good for me. I started selling at 10 a gram, 200 a zip, and all my profits went to having ridiculous amounts of fun (Always eating out, buying two kegs for a party with 20 people and other stupid shit like that). When you start making ridiculous cash you just spend it cause you don't know what to do with it. That being said, dealers don't really make money imo, they just make enough to get by then go out a spend like assholes.

$180k whats that yearly dame it didnt seem that much, and I was comfterbale (of course theres off days) I spent at least $200 a day I lived in NY at the time and the money for that good green was every where it was easy I had a weed spot and riding around geting rid of it. I know guys right now that get rid of a Pound in 2 days breaking it down $20 $50 for 8th's its money if you know how to get it. See im a hustler tho

I have no desire to go to the states to buy shitty weed for over twice as much. I love my country with all my heart and its not "CanaDUH" its CANADA you ignorant Asshole!

Don't confuse LA with the rest of California. I'm from San Francisco and I think that this guy's retarded, just like you. Canada has some great buds, but you shouldn't say that they make Cali buds look shitty, because that just isn't true. Once you get north of SF, you actually get outdoor buds that are better than most indoor buds, and our hydro scene is just as big, if not bigger than yours. I've been to Vancouver and surrounding area a few times, met some growers, and I'd have to say that I love Canada. The amazing amount of hot girls carrying bongs in their purses that love California guys warms my heart. But please, don't compare LA with the rest of California, cause if anyone hates LA, it's SF... period.

Also, I paid 20 a gram once or twice, then I stopped buying from highschool dealers. It's a solid 10 a gram for killer buds, period. Again, another huge difference between NorCal and SoCal.

About all i can say

All of you would make more money selling meth these days... Marijuana has become overated... I mean - For God Sakes... ya'll are registered in a marijuana community forum teaching nubs how to grow there own haha, So it's hard to belive any of you would be pushing serious weight or making bank unless you were a dispensary owner. I mean com'on -- Over here in LA, theres a dispensary in every corner.

For most around here, to simply sell ( without growing ) is just entertaining a silly idea, reality is a smoker aint going to profit as he will smoke it, a smart dealer dont use what he pushin. Thus why trying to understand how people profit from it is hard to comprehend. lol

shit I clear 10 grand a month. I harvest 3 bedrooms every 2 months along with my moms house that we split thats another 5 grand for me

those same dispensarys in la give me 4,000 a pound for my purple. theres money in growing. only if you take your time and grow str8 murder. also you have to make your own clones saves a grip. oh yeah and have a veg room with enough plants to feed your bloom rooms so you harvest every 2 months... thats how you make money right there

Sticky, in your first pic, is that centered table with 6 plants 4'x4'?

How long did you veg for?

What do you expect to yield per plant?

Damn, good growing man! I didn't know LA clubs paid so much for purples, cause a few guys from LA who visit me in SF always hate on the purples.

I'm assuming you sell in the bay as well? Grapes in Oakland are as common as pavement.

This is a new hobby to me. I don't smoke marijuana but I have several long time friends who do. I'm working on my first grow and have an arrangement for a long time friend of mine to pick everything up at harvest for $250 an ounce, regardless of the yield. I'm not into the economics of the whole thing as I'm growing for fun. I've got a 6 plant flower room, 6 plant Veg area, and a clone propagation area. If I can get an ounce per plant this grow then I'll pull in $1500 minus around $600 for my initial investment. If I can dial into 2 ounces per plant eventually then I'm cool with $3000 every couple months =) I work full time to pay bills so the hobby money is strictly fun money =)

I can see how those of you with big grows can pull in some serious bank!

yeah its 6 plants per table I have 8 and a half tables between 2 houses and I will pull 2 and a half to 3 and a 1/4 zips per plant
