Decarb in Instant Pot

I have read that the Instant Pot at max pressure hits almost 240F.

This sounds like the Instant Pot might be good for decarbing cannabis.

Has anyone done this?
How well does it work?

When the IP is on the settings above 'slow cook' it will be a pressure cooker which is steam pressure. My thinking is that as water boils at 212 degrees F, your actual temps will stay at 212. The pressure of the steam in a controlled environment make cooking faster, not additional heat. So In theory it works . My extracts are strong and fine so it seems good. I will be watching this myself. Good growing...

At higher pressures, as in a pressure cooker, water boils at a higher temperature.

The Instant Pot Max has a maximum pressure of 15.23psi (105kpa)
at which the boiling point of water is 221°F or 105 °C.

The ideal temp is between 230-240 for 30 minutes.
I wonder if a longer process will decarb more but ..
... I fear that too long would damage THC
