Not sure how much you're willing to divulge but what type of a budget are you looking at and what's the whole story? How did you go about picking the location and what not?? What's the max. power on that??

Cultivation center for 2 Dispensaries. 3400sf, there were only certain locations that fit and this one was approved by the state. I believe the way it sits it has 300 amps.

I'm co-pilot on this, I don't have nearly the experience to build out such a facility. We have 1 guy who does and are interviewing a couple more to join the team. I'm basically the GM.

I want a job, I could fill that thing up beautifully and grow some mad flowers. I mean damnnn, what a beautiful area.

I wouldn't kill them. Build a water tight cover over the top. Raise the plastic 6". Board up the underside so light won't get threw. Now you have exoust ducts.

Do you want to grow TREE$ or shorter-faster plant cycles?

The best insulation is air. So I'd build out multiple rooms to allow for a diversifying crop. Maybe even strain specific flowering rooms?

For pest and mold prevention. Dividing in rooms is the best and only way IMO. 1 spider mite could kill the whole room if left open as is.

The indent (closets for neighbor?) to the upper right of the blacked-out rectangle doesn't show in the photo ... cn

Well. From what I hear, we are going to be building 4 flower rooms and 4 veg rooms and a drying room. Again, i'm co-pilot on this and letting the guy who has done it take the reigns. I've only been growing for 3yrs and never more than 36 plants in flower. This is above my paid grade to design it but im looking forward to the ride. ;)

Full Disclosure: I'm the finance guy :fire:

I sent them an email this morning asking about that as well. This entire complex is vacant, its only 5yrs old, industrial complex. No one next door on either side so its perfect. Complex is so quiet you can hear a pin drop.
