Guys
I have followed Ohsogreens guidance. He gave me detailed info and actually essentially fixed the problem. However, as you all know, we are trying to produce super plants. My expectations exceed that of a natural eventuality of a plant and thus I search for enhancements and try to gather experience. I am starting a molases diet soon. also I treated my bloom plant with kelp last week and as of this week ill be usuing a verticcal growth inhibitor/ bud enhancer called Bushmaster (Humboldt brand)
Granted if one puts a seed in soil and water it it grows... but is that all we want to achieve? I think not. We want to enhance and learn so that at least in future we can create super buds, seeds and in my case nice photos.
Look at hte nutirent range of bottles I have:
Fox Farm Grow Big-veg grow
Fox Farm Big Bloom - Bloom
Fox Farm Tiger bloom- Bloom
Fox Farm Cha ching- Bud Enhancer
Superthirve-- vitamin b + Hormones
H2O2 and No DAmp - bacteria and fungi managemet
Diamond Nectar- Humic acis and fulvic acid--Nute transport into roots/carbs
Growth Plus -- Kelp and sea weed
Earth Juice Microblast -- micronutes and some N
Epson Salt -- Mg source
Bush Master- Vertical Growth inhibitor
Molases- Carbohydrates and Phosphorus
All added to Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil which already has BatGuano, Earth Worm Castings and other sources of Nutes. The seeds are also gentically enhanced.
See! .. Do plants really need this much crap to grow? I bet NOT otherwise planet earth would be a desert. But selective use of proper Nutes, and getting the hang of your growth mechanisms will eventually make you an awsome grower. That plus the perks of harvest are my goal. Sorry to go off on a philosophical rant.
