Defolaition help

I take any leaf that has a branch. Up to the top 3 or 4 leaves. And also and bud that you know won't amount to anything. If a leaf isn't blocking anything, then it's your call to pull or leave

Nice plants btw

So, just my 2c, there are two big reasons to defoliate. Airflow, and having a multi plant grow where the canopy stops light from reaching anything other than the top of the plant. Bit of an exaggeration maybe but you get the idea.
That looks like a fairly small plant that isn't competing for light. I would maybe take off leaves that are directly covering flower sites but aside from that I'd leave it. Maybe clean up the bottom a bit.

I’ve kept her small the main stem is tied down literally to the pot level and trimmed at the bottom any material that wasn’t going to amount to any defo not fighting for the light was just a rogue seed found in my last crop so thought I would grow it and try some techniques out on her defoliation is the only thing ave not done lol just dunno where to start , that pic was five days ago so pay her a visit tomorrow and update cheers guys
