I have the soleus air one and it's on the list! Fuck! I got a 3yr warranty on it too... Thanks for the heads up OP... That's really cool of you!

Wow! I am so glad that you posted this, mine is on recall they are sending the box to take it away!!

All they asked for in the return kit was a couple stickers off the back and to send them the power plug part of the cord.

Good info to know. I think this should be stickied until it's resolved. And sept 13 is when it started... Still fairly new and I'm sure many people haven't even seen this thread...

I didn't get any directions with my return kit. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to send the whole unit or just the nameplate sticker in the provided envelope. Did a little research and heard about cutting the cord behind the warning tag and sending it in the envelope as well.

Mine had step by step instructions with the kit. Not sure if it matters what brand you had.
