All they asked for in the return kit was a couple stickers off the back and to send them the power plug part of the cord.

I didn't get any directions with my return kit. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to send the whole unit or just the nameplate sticker in the provided envelope. Did a little research and heard about cutting the cord behind the warning tag and sending it in the envelope as well.
