Thanks for all your input guys..Hey I have a question ..Is it ok for me to pluck out the seeds I see developing will it hurt or harm my plant and stop bud growth

if u got seed, then u got males or hermies somewhere in there - i guess you could pick out proto-seeds, but your priority should be removing the source of pollen that is making the seeds in the first place, wether that is a whole plant or just castrating yr hermie regularly

I would wonder what the lumens that little light produces. Put your light meter to it. See what it says. Its probably a minimal output.
are they seeds or calyx waiting to explode wit hairs?????

They are definitely seeds. My women got pregnant by a hermie in hiding. So I have plucked like 100 seeds. Is this ok? The bud is actually that sticky icky icky. I cant even put my magnifying glass on the buds its too sticky per mollasses.
