Design my 12x12 room for max perpetual yield

I've got experience with soil, and know that I'll do better with hydro. I'm moving into my girls new house in a week, and just convinced her that the "extra room" is going to be the farm... so, I'm going to have about 12' by 12' to work with. The goal here is weight. Tell me what you would do for the max yield on a room this size, eletricity/noise not being an issue.

And highest yielding strain, with quicker finish?

well section off a few feet for the 12/12 room make sure its light proff.
I have a 6'x5'x4' and I can have 12-5 gallon buckets with room for a few fans on the floor.

that same site offers the best deals on fans that I have found yet.

Get 2 1000watt HPS's and put a 4x4 screen under each one, put 4 plants under each screen. you should get AT LEAST 1 pound off of each screen. AT LEAST.

cool tubes and fans A MUST HAVE.

use the closet as the veg room. I suggest t5's because even a 250watt MH is hard to control temp wise in a closet (that you dont want to drill holes in) The hardest part about this set up is exhausting the heat from your lights. I drilled a 4 inch hole in the ceiling so my hot air vents into the attic (no need for even a carbon filter.)
