If your using a vaporizer the moisture content can interfere with the vaporizing of the cannabis.

I would not buy weed from that guy who likely is a new grower and needed cash, so you can certainly blame him for your low quality product, and you should be honest with him about it. If it were anything else you would return it.

You can cure the rest but before you do read up on the process because if you cure weed the wrong way you can cause the bud to rot.

Not exactly a new grower, these guys grow a lot here in Prague, Czech Republic, they're not dealers per se but my friend told me they were growing about a 100 plants in their apartment, so that's highly illegal, there's something interesting about what you said about vaporizing vapor with weed flavor since it perhaps was too fresh and it's that it felt like aspiring pollen, it caused some sort of allergic reaction.

Only way to know for sure is to smoke it, which I will this week.

After that session the bud was truly dry it was dark brown, so it would make no difference. I will have to smoke it.

I would try anyway never hurts and it may surprise you... Another option would to put the already vaped bud in a oven and let it heat to about 170 -180 degrees F, and then mix it in with a meal that has some fat in it, or just chew it and eat it. I was eating a pinch of ABV daily for a week just to take the edge off.

The heat converts the THC into THC-A so it can be handled by the liver.

Education can be fun. Thca is what we start with, not thc. The -cooh group is what we remove. Its quite polar. To cross the blood brain barrier efficiently it must have a polar surface area less than 60 angstroms, some will cross up to about 70
Thca is 66 thc about 30.. to feel effects from a realistic dose we must decarb. Meaning remove that carboxyl group
The liver doesnt care but will not decarb.. it will however rotate from delta 9 to 11 giving edibles a slightly different pharmacology

Right... so when you eat cannabis your saying it goes directly to your blood brain barrier? And you say it is THC we start with before Decarboxylation not THCA

For example

thc has a logp of about 7
In practice optimum colonicabsorption is 1.32, intestinal is 1.35, oral 1.8, Cns 2, percutaneous at 2.6 and sublingual 5.5
Lowering the polarity will drastically enhance (thats kind of confusing, really were raising thepolarity but lowering the value above) .....enhance absorption, this is why you can't just rub hash on you.. smaller carbon chains are more polar as well as being absorbed through the skin easier. an unsaturated fatty acid is more polar, ch bond vs cc bond
(Again, trying to keep this simplified)
Oleic is great.
Unrefined sunflower oil with 5-10% etoh or pg will enhance permeation. This is the best route without chems you probly don't know where to get (and the use of is more questionable)
It is naturally rich in antioxidants not that it really matters too much. Sunlight and to a lesser extent heat are what you worry about. A typical brown glass bottle in room temp will be good for almost 2 years depending on desired affects. Remember it will naturally decarb. Thca will have a half life of about 90 days in that environment.

Thats great topically

Coconut oil should only be used orally for several reasons..

The sugar alcohol glycerin should be used sublingually

That's about all I really have to say....
Route of administration effectively alters the high by changing the rate of cannabinoid absorption with cbd being more polar than THC...oh and one more time, by not decarbing your not getting high yes,but manymedicinal affects come from cannabinoids entering the brain




Mcts ate taken up differently than longer chain fats..etc





What im saying is we decarb to cross the bb barrier. Not fpr liver uptake?

I wonder how the Cannabis gets into your blood in the first place, I thought the liver was the organ that did that, then the THC-A is in the Blood and then it can pass the blood brain barrier first?

Correct.. as i said it will rotate the position of the double bond from 9 to position 11 with different binding affinities and ratios
But the liver does not decarb, this rotation seen in edibles is only of use if decarbed before hand

Not really, shorter chains are more polar but this also has to do with tje intended roa

No if absorbed through the lungs skin mucous membranes of nose or mouth etc it goes straight to the blood and then the brain

Genes regulate everything from the color of your hair to how strong your pot is, and if it has some good genes, then those buds can have up to 30% pure THCA, or THC-acid. In order to enjoy the fruits of the land to their fullest, you need to efficiently decarboxylate THCA to the active THC.

can't really smoke it in a while, I have cold symptoms, when I smoke I get the flu immediately, so I will have to vape something else.
